Parent & Tot

These lessons are available for parent and child alike to learn proper safety in and around the water, especially teaching younger children to become comfortable in a pool environment. Positive interactions between child, parent, and water are crucial to the success of these lessons and preparing children for a lifelong swimming journey.

Preschool 1-5

Students begin to learn swim skills on their own, and develop confidence without having parents at their side. The goal of Preschool lessons are to teach children to learn to navigate and appreciate shallow water while developing key foundational swim skills.

Swimmer 1-6

Primarily working on strokes and skills, Swimmer levels work to teach students practical water safety and allow swimmers to gain skills to swim in deeper water.

Rookie / Ranger / Star patrol

Patrol courses are designed to progress a students skills past that of the learn-to-swim lessons, and prepare everyone for the Bronze level courses. This is done by continually improving swim skills, while introducing basic lifeguarding techniques, on top of learned lifesaving skills. Completing the patrol courses prepares students for the path to become instructors and/or lifeguards.

Emergency first-Aid with CPR-B

Emergency First Aid teaches all students the proper CPR and choking standards to enact on infants, children and adults. As well, students are taught the importance of AED use and given a CPR-B certification along with the Emergency First Aid qualification.
